What we collect
When you request samples, we collect your practice name, work email, and the public website or review-profile link you provide. We also receive basic technical logs from our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your public voice, prepare sample responses, contact you about the request, deliver the service, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Sample-request details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with access limited to the people delivering Chairside Replies.
Retention and deletion
We keep request records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Ask us to delete an inactive request by emailing support@cruxlume.com.
What not to send
Only submit public business links. Do not send patient names, health information, appointment details, records, or any other protected health information through this website.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable by contacting us at support@cruxlume.com.
