The offer

The three initial samples are free. If you approve the voice, the 30-Review Response Pack costs $149 USD and includes 30 custom response drafts, a reusable tone library, a privacy-and-tone guide, and one consolidated revision round.

Payment and delivery

We send an invoice or secure payment link after you approve the samples. Full payment is due before drafting begins. Delivery is targeted within three business days after payment and receipt of the public review links and any requested tone guidance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide only public business and review links, not patient records or protected health information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every response before posting it, including checking accuracy, privacy, professional obligations, and platform rules.

Revisions and refunds

One consolidated revision round is included. You may request a full refund before drafting begins. After drafting starts, any refund is determined reasonably according to the work already completed and delivered.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee ratings, rankings, review volume, patient acquisition, revenue, or any other business outcome. The service provides writing support, not legal, medical, regulatory, or HIPAA advice.

Ownership

After full payment, you may use and edit the delivered response drafts for your practice. Chairside Replies retains its general methods, templates, know-how, and any materials identified as reusable guidance.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for content posted without your final review.
